Late Policy

If you are running late, please call ahead. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot accommodate you unless the spot after you is open. If that spot is unavailable, you will be charged a fee of $150 per half hour (excluding facials: charge is $150) that your treatment block was scheduled for, just as a cancellation would. That cancellation fee can be avoided if you are on time or if you are able to reschedule into another available slot that day for the same procedure. $150/30 minutes, $225/45 minutes, $300/60 minutes and so on.
