Plasma Skin Resurfacing uses a cooler atmospheric temperature than traditional fibroblast plasma, which does not create surface trauma during the treatment. This surface trauma caused by traditional fibroblast plasma leads to downtime with the procedure, as this makes small scabs on the skin that must heal.
