Dermal micro channeling is a treatment using a dermal stamper made of 20 micro channeling needles of surgical-grade stainless steel. It reaches the 600-micron depth to reach the dermis layer of the skin and does not target muscles as neuromodulators do. It differs from microneedling in that there is no downtime and no numbing required. The dermal stamper doesn’t create as much collagen stimulation as microneedling, but it does deliver things into the skin that help with tone, texture, pore size, oily complexion, fine lines, hydrated skin, and luminosity.
